We decided it was time to announce our baby girl's name! Sooo....I cut all the letters of her name out of a magazine and had our family unscramble them. It didn't take long for them to figure it out....

Jim and Loy guessed right! They both wore pink shirts and even brought pink oreos just in case we needed them for dessert ;) Bree is going to be a lucky, lucky girl with Jim and Loy for grandparents! We love you!

And then ripped it off to show a pink shirt and his excitement for a girl ;)

Matt started the party with a blue shirt....

We decided to have a gender reveal party to announce the news to our family and friends. Everyone was supposed to wear either pink or blue (most people wore pink). We had yummy food and then brought out all pink colored desserts once the news was out! (Shout out to Kaylee for the cute pink cookies ;) love you friend!) We filled this big box with PINK balloons and during the party we opened it and the balloons filled the room!

This was one of the best nights of our lives so far :)

Matt made a solid choice and went with Godiva Chocolate.

I picked Red Velvet because it was the closest they had to PINK :) :)

                                               We celebrated with yummy cheesecake of course :)

     February 21st-- The day of our gender ultrasound!  We went to the doctor at 3:15 and loved the ultrasound so much. The nurse kept the gender a secret, printed pictures for us and then sealed the envelope. We decided we wanted to find out on our own instead of in the office so we drove to the Cheesecake Factory and opened the envelope in the car before we went in. Matt thought it would be cute to take a picture with our rings :)

15 Weeks

My kids have been SO sweet and excited about the baby! Their questions are hilarious and they're coming up with some pretty creative names too :) It's fun to share the excitement with them!

I thought it would be fun to tell my class by playing hangman! They solved it pretty quick! And they were all SUPER excited to say the least!!! :)

At the Lorenzen gift exchange! They figured it out in .02 seconds ;) They were on it!!! :)

Kathryn chose the lucky gift :) And it only took a few seconds for everyone to catch on!

We decided to wrap this up and make it a surprise for our Christmas exchange for both sides of Matt's family!

On Monday night, November 28th we found out the good news :) We took the test before our Bible Study because we couldn't wait any longer to know! We could hardly contain our excitement that night at small group but no one knew why ;)
